9/11 was the most horrific event to ever occur on American soil. 2,973 innocent people's lives ended because of hate.



8:45 a.m.- American froze in its tracks. The first of two airliners
crashed into the North Tower. Chaos and confusion plagued the people of
New York. At first it was thought an accident, simply a small airplane.
But this was no accident, America has been attacked for the first time
in decades.



9:03 a.m.- A second airliner hits the South Tower. People walking
the streets of Manhattan can only watch the events unfolding before
them. Mothers covering their children's eyes. People pray, people cry.


Sirens ring, fire fighters sprint into the burning buildings. They shake each hands, and hope to see each other again.

10:05 a.m.- The South Tower collapses, reigning debris, and fire
upon the streets of Manhattan. A enormous cloud of smoke erupts, and
sends the people Manhattan sprinting down the streets.


10:28 a.m.- The North Tower collapses, once more a massive cloud of dust and smoke sends people running for cover.



Its as if a nuclear winter has begun. No longer are people black or
white, they are grey. Almost a walking dead. Everything in Manhattan is
a war zone. A eerie silence looms over head. No one speaks, nothing
makes a sound.....

The families of 9/11 will never be the same. A piece of them will
always be missing. Prayer and hope is all these people have. Hope that
they will see their loved ones again someday....



America has bounced back since the attacks. America conducts
business as usual. The war on terrorism is in full swing, but can the
threat be stopped? Will the families ever find peace knowing that
terrorism is vanquished? A dream that will be in our minds forever.

Yeah, thats true. I don't know what to write now. 

The tragedy was too massive, too inhuman, that it's just indescribable.
